Generalized product support

Purchased a product and changed your mind?
We will be happy to offer a refund on a purchase providing:

• The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt of the item.
• The product is one of our generic products
(Not Personalised or custom made. See custom support below)

Once the item has been returned, workshop weasel will return payment via Paypal and the original payment method. This refund policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.

If an item is faulty, please contact us at info@workshopweasel.com and we will offer custom support on a case by case basis either refund, repair or exchange.


Custom product support

We do not currently offer refunds on customized products.

If you have a problem with the performance of your product or there is an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to get in touch. If early we can cancel your order or offer a solution.
